By commissioning me, You automatically agree
to the terms listed below
✧ PAYMENT & REFUNDS
✧ Payment can be made via PayPal.
✧ Payment is made in two installments: 50% after the sketch is approved and 50% upon completion. Full payment can also be made after the sketch is approved.✧ Minor changes are free during the sketch stage. Changes requested during lineart or coloring may be subject to an additional fee.✧ The final artwork will only be delivered after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
(The final artwork will not be delivered until full payment has been received.)
✧ REFUND POLICY
✦ If a refund is requested during the sketch stage, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
✦ Once the artwork has progressed beyond the sketch stage, refunds will be limited to 50% of the total commission price.
✧ PRIORITY COMMISSION
✦Priority requests are available for an additional 30% fee.
✧ COMMISSION PROCESS
✧ Please make sure you know exactly what you want to commission and provide clear references for the character, pose, outfit, etc. The more references, the better!✧ Let me know if you would like the artwork process to remain private. Otherwise, I may post WIPs on my social media.✧ You will receive WIP updates at the following stages: Sketch → Lineart → Base Colors → Final.
You are welcome to ask for updates at any time.✧ You can also track your commission through Trello.✧ Commissions are completed in the order they are received.✧ Estimated turnaround time will be discussed when your commission is accepted.
